Order and Delivery FAQs:

  1. How can I track my order?

    • Once the order is dispatched, you will be receiving a Whatsapp and an email with tracking link.  
  1. What is the expected delivery time?

    • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and domestic shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  2. Are there any shipping charges?

    • Shipping is free for orders above ₹1000; a ₹100 fee applies to orders below ₹1000.
  3. Can I cancel my order?

    • Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. Once dispatched, accept the order and request a return.
  4. Can I edit the items in my order?

    • Changes are possible if the order is not processed for shipping. Contact support for assistance.
  5. Is it possible to change my shipping/billing address?

    • Address changes are allowed before dispatch.

Payment and Refund FAQs:

  1. What payment options are available?

    • Choose from COD, UPI/QR, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, Wallets, EMI, and ICICI Bank Pay Later at checkout.
  2. How long does a refund take?

    • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after quality checks, with notifications sent via WhatsApp. For prepaid, the amount is refunded to original source, for COD orders, you will receive an exclusive coupon code of same amount via whatsapp. This code can be used during your next purchase on our website.
  3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

    • Yes, with a ₹100 additional charge.

  1. How do I exchange or return my order?

    • Connect with our customer care on WhatsApp for assistance.
  2. Is there a time limit for returns?

    • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  3. Are there discounts on the first purchase?

    • Yes, apply a Coupon Code at checkout for the discount.

Delivery and Store FAQs:

  1. What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

    • A new attempt will be made the next day, or the delivery partner will reschedule based on your location and chosen delivery method.
  2. Do you have physical stores?

    • Currently, we don't have any physical stores under our brand name.
